Lilo and Stitchcame out over 20 years ago, and it became an instant classic soon after its release. By combining a great cast of likable characters, excellent design, and Lilo’s uncanny yet funny personality, the movie charmed audiences and became part of many people’s childhood. So, it’s not surprising that many individuals still remember the movie fondly, and are using it to create alternative versions ofPokemoncreatures.

Now, aPokemonfan who’s also a capable artist called Troytheartboy has shared some amazing concepts of Pokemon that look like Stitch. In their latest Reddit post, the creator revealed nine creatures: Slakoth, Delibird, Sandshrew, Slugma, Totodile, Sandslash, Bayleef, Vulpix, and Lapras. Overall, all of the creatures look good, as they keep their most distinctive characteristics and form, but get a bit rounder, have big eyes, and very cheerful smiles. None of them would feel out of place in an officialPokemonandLilo and Stitchcrossover, for example, which attests to the quality of the work.

This is not the first time that Troytheartboy shared theirexcellentPokemoninspired byLilo and Stitch, though. A couple of months ago, the artist unveiled some excellent designs of Goldeen, Mew, Furrett, Zangoose, Ampharos, and Skitty, which followed a similar pattern.

In the comments of the post, most of the community was pretty pleased with the results, praising Troytheartboy’s style and masterful execution. Slakoth, for instance, was a highlight, as the sloth-inspired Pokemon looks hilarious with Stitch’s face on it. A user called Cogitatus even remarked that the picture would make for an excellent reaction image.

Pokemonfan art has an incredible range, creating both delightful and horrifying versions of fan-favorite creatures. An example of that has come out recently is analternative Ghost/Grass-Type Venusaur art. A fan redesigned the Pokemon, changing its type, and made it look really scary with a wicked face and very menacing eyes. It’s the exact opposite of theLilo and Stitch-inspired art and proves that fan-made Pokemon can either look cute or scary just as easily.
