The Yule Festival recently began inAssassin’s Creed Valhallaand many fans continue to struggle to access the annual event, but Ubisoft continues to work on a fix for the issue. As a result of a plethora of players being unable to take part in the Yule Festival, Ubisoft has extended the duration of theValhallaevent.

Assassin’s Creed Valhallais celebrating its second annual Yule Festival and many players are already competing in contests to receive Yule Tokens to purchase new and returning rewards, though some are being left out thanks to technical issues.

Ubisoft updatedAssassin’s Creed Valhallato include the Yule Festival in celebration of the Holidays as of December 16 and players have been encountering issues with it ever since. These gamers have been reporting the inability to access the Yule Festival in Ravensthorpe, causingUbisoftto release an official statement on December 20. It’s currently unclear how much longer the affectedAssassin’s Creed Valhallaowners will be feeling the effects of this bug.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Yule Festivalwill be extended into January as a result of the bug that stops it from beginning in certain players' Ravensthorpe. The statement suggests that Ubisoft isn’t currently working on a fix as the team is seemingly away for the Holidays that are supposed to be reflected inAssassin’s Creed Valhalla. Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed how far into January the Yule Festival will be extended by, but it stated that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the in-game festivities.

There are variousfestiveValhallaactivitiesthat Eivor can complete in the Yule Festival to unlock a wide variety of cosmetic goodies. The competitions range from archery to drunken brawling similar to otherAssassin’s Creed Valhallaevents such as the Easter event known as the Ostara Festival. Just like the other in-game events,Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Yule Festival changes the look of Ravensthorpe, adding several Holiday-themed decorations around the pop-up games and market.

Although Ubisoft is still working to fix the Yule Festival bug forAssassin’s Creed Valhalla, fans utilized the recent announcement to bring up other bugs. Some of these gamers also noted issues with last year’s Yule Festival beginning correctly, potentially suggesting the same cause of the issue. While someAssassin’s Creed Valhallaplayers are unable to access the Yule Festival, many are reporting success with theAssassin’s Creed Odysseycrossoverstoryline.
