Among the many options, players have also received the Archon’s cards from the currently existing four available nations, and Nahida is one of them. Nahida’s Elemental Skill applies The Seed of Skandha to the opponent’s active character or to all opposing characters based on the number of dice utilized. This allows them to take additional damage each time an elemental reaction occurs that affects a character with the seed active on them. Additionally, Nahida also has a powerful burst that can deal significant damage. With all these aspects combined, Nahida is an extremely versatile character in teams that focus on utilizing reactions as often as possible.
Nahida Card & Skills
Nahida may be an Archon, but obtaining her character card and talent card is no different from the rest of the added playable character cards. Unlike some cards that require players to reach a certain Duel level, such as Cyno, players can duel Nahida by using a Match Invitation Letter and obtain her card upon winning the duel. Additionally, her talent cards can be obtained once the duel objectives are completed.

Nahida’s Talent Card: The Seed of Stored Knowledge
Nahida’s Talent Cardfocuses on her Elemental Burstand, similar to her kit in the actualGenshin Impactgameplay, reacts differently based on the elements of the characters in the team. Therefore, utilizing this card in the team depends heavily on the team composition, but in most cases, it will be beneficial, especially in teams that utilize Electro. When this card is used while an Electro character is present, it applies another usage of the Seed of Skandha can help players avoid swapping back to Nahida as often to use 5 dice again.
Best Nahida Decks
Nahida is particularly useful in teams that frequentlytrigger elemental reactions, regardless of the type of reaction. In general, when it comes to Dendro reactions, Nahida can benefit greatly from having an Electro team member like Yae Miko or Raiden Shogun due to the strength of Quicken reaction. For bloom reactions, Kokomi is an excellent addition to the team. Therefore, while her team compositions are highly versatile, it is recommended that players prioritize characters who can frequently apply elements. It is also recommended to include characters of different elements in her team compositions to maximize the benefits of various elemental reactions and her talent card.
Nahida + Yae Miko + Kokomi
This team composition features three catalyst characters that excel at applying elements, with Yae Miko and Kokomi also capable of summoning for additional damage and elemental application. As a result, players can expect a variety of elemental reactions, including electro-charged, hyperbloom, and quicken, depending on the order in which the characters are used.

To maximize damage potential and effectiveness, it is recommended to start with Nahida and apply Seed of Skandha to all opponents before swapping to Yae Miko or Kokomi. Since all three characters are catalyst users, players can consider equipping the “A Thousand Floating Dreams” weapon card on any of them. Additionally, with two Inazuma characters in the team, players can take advantage of the Thunder and Eternity resonance card, which aids in dice management, particularly when it comes to having at least five Dendro dice on hand, which can otherwise be challenging without relying on luck.
Nahida + Zhongli + Raiden Shogun
For players interested in forming a full Archon team, combining Zhongli and Raiden Shogun with Nahida is the most effective option due to the synergy between Nahida and Raiden Shogun. In this team composition, you should start with Raiden and quickly activate her burst to enable the bursts of both Nahida and Zhongli. This approach not only allows the team to focus on high Burst DPS, potentially even one-shotting some enemies, but also enhances the personal damage of Raiden Shogun and Nahida with the Aggravate and Spread reactions. This team can also do piercing damage through reactions with Seed of Skandha, although it is not solely focused on elemental reactions like the other example team compositions in this guide.
Furthermore, Zhongli provides a defensive playstyle since the team lacks healing capabilities, which can be challenging when facing quick burst team compositions. However, players can also consider replacing Zhongli with Venti or any other character they prefer, as Raiden Shogun and Nahida are the primary drivers of this team composition.
Nahida + Sucrose + Fatui Cryo Cicin Mage
Players who are seeking a unique andnon-meta team compositionthat doesn’t rely on Dendro reactions but still benefits from Nahida’s Seed of Skandha can consider using Sucrose and a Cryo character, specifically the Fatui Cryo Cicin Mage, who can easily apply Cryo due to being a catalyst user. One advantage of Nahida’s Seed of Skandha is that it doesn’t require Dendro reactions to activate, although many elemental reactions in Genius Invokation TCG take time to set up or activate every turn.

In this composition, players can simply use Nahida’s Elemental Skill and then switch to Cicin Mage to easily apply Cryo. Afterward, they can switch to Sucrose to trigger swirl reactions throughout the battle. Sucrose is capable of frequently triggering swirl reactions without the need to switch to other characters for elemental reactions, thanks to her ability to spread previously applied elements to other opponents and force them to swap characters. This allows players to activate the effect of Seed of Skadha more frequently compared to other compositions. This composition works well against decks that heavily rely on Hydro characters like Kokomi or Xingqiu, as they may end up freezing themselves when using their skills. Additionally, it is effective against decks that heavily rely on quick swap combos, as Sucrose’s swirl reactions can disrupt their order. Although this deck may be slower compared to others, it can serve as an excellent anti-meta option.
Recommended Action Cards
Recommended action cards for Nahida teams primarily depend on the team composition. However, in general, players have enough space to add Nahida’s talent card and othercharacter talent cards. This is especially important because many of her team compositions focus on using characters of different elements to activate the Seed of Skandha, and may not be able to benefit from Elemental Resonance or region resonance cards like some other characters' team compositions.
Dice management cards are the most crucial ones to utilize as much as possible for Nahida teams. Players should aim to use cards such as Liben, Varanara, Timmie, and The Bestest Travel Companion, as well as Grand Narukami Shrine, to effectivelymanage their dice. Additionally, HP-increasing cards can be helpful since Nahida lacks healing or defensive capabilities on her own. In some deck considerations, cards that allow players to swap between characters without consuming resources can also be beneficial. This enables them to deal elemental damage as frequently as possible.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
