Rumor is that the game will have revised versions of the perks in a brand new can form available around each map. In the comments, he mentions that these were made back during the original debut of the Perk-O-Cola chain. Each bottle is made with a printed label glued onto the side, and the inside is just water and food coloring. Still, these are a dead-on recreation ofthe fan-favoriteCall of Dutysodasin at least a visual sense.
Based on in-game character descriptions of the sodas it is probably a good thing that he did not recreate the flavors. As one fan reminded the thread’s community, one of the sodas did originally “taste like fermented herring dipped in cat piss.” Still, the characters inCall of Duty: Black Opsare not drinking these for their taste but rather their original power.
