Updated July 17, 2025, by Jake Fillery: There’s a lot to love about Cyberpunk 2077, and Night City is one of them. Although the citizens of Night City might disagree, due to the rampant corruption, crime, and violence found here, one can’t help but admire some of the best locations in Night City, especially now that Update 2.0 has delivered a great fire of craving to those that want to embark into Cyberpunk 2077. The game itself is better than ever before, and alongside the Phantom Liberty expansion, players can expect some truly stunning sights in Cyberpunk 2077, whether that’s the corporate suffocation of Night City, the lawless Badlands, or the party slums of Dogtown.
16Heavy Hearts Club
Heading into Dogtown, V is going to need two things: a gun and a bulletproof vest (being max levelmight help too). Dogtown is not a friendly face, but there are many sights to be admired. One of them is the Heavy Hearts Club. This location is stunning, and a jewel of Dogtown thanks to its vibrant neon greens that blast a beam of light into the night sky for all to admire.
The Heavy Hearts Club is an impressive pyramid structure, with an architectural design in favor of Ancient Egypt. Within Heavy Hearts, players can enjoy the dance floor, or even visit the private rooms upstairs to meet Mr. Hands in the flesh, and put a face to the elusive Fixer inCyberpunk 2077.
15Mega Ride
In Pacifica, players can find the Mega Ride, a boastful attraction of the failed district in Night City. Although Mega Ride may be infested with Scavs, Animals, and Voodoo Boys, or pretty much anyone who wants to cause an issue to V and the rest of Night City, it’s still a beautiful place to visit. That is, once everyone who is a threat is dead and buried.
The Mega Ride has a beautiful landscape, and players can look out to the ocean to see views that they will never touch, due to the fact that no one leaves Night City alive. Even better, the Mega Ride can actually be activated, and players can ride therollercoaster with Johnny SilverhandinCyberpunk 2077, enjoying their bond, or regretting every stepping foot in the rollercoaster to begin with.
14Misty’s Esoterica Rooftop
Located in Watson, players can head to Misty’s Esoterica to find a familiar face. Although players would have visited this building, and its basement, a few times throughout the story, or for some added chrome thanks to Vik the Ripperdoc, heading to the rooftop is a whole new ordeal that players should try and find the time to experience.
The rooftop of Misty’s Esoterica is great, and it’s fitted with two deck chairs to really take in the view. Players might come here later in the story, but it’s always worth coming up here just to digest what’s going on with V’s life in Night City, and to enjoy the sights of corporate claustrophobia, night or day.
13EBM Petrochem Stadium
A location added as part of thePhantom Libertyexpansion, the EBM Petrochem Stadium may not be the prettiest sight inCyberpunk 2077, but it sure is a vibrant one. The Stadium is filled with black market vendors to make the trip worth it, and the abundance of life and neon signs really makes the EBM Petrochem Stadium feel alive, bustling with Eurodollars as the removed cousin to Night City.
The Stadium has many sights to be admired, from the black market shops to the strange robot Pinocchio. Everyone should try and find the time to visit the Stadium, and they won’t even need a gun, as the Stadium is perhaps the safest place in Dogtown thanks to the Barghest guards, although, safe in Dogtown doesn’t amount to much.
Located in Rocky Ridge Plains, players can locate the Nomad Aldecaldo Camp. This location is in the Badlands, and very clear of Night City. It’s nice to get away from the corporate cesspool of Night City and truly enjoy being one with nature. The Aldecaldos are a welcoming family of nomads, and they will always have a bed and a drink for V if they choose to accept it.
Not only are the friendly faces a welcoming sight, but the warmth and safety one can find in this nomad clan is like no other. Long gone are the sights of bustling skyscrapers that advertise something lewd or dangerous, as out here in the Badlands, players have the sky to admire, and the dirt plains.
11V’s Apartment
Sometimes, it’s the simple views that are the nicest. Heading to V’s apartment inCyberpunk 2077, players can open the shutters next to their couch and bed to look out at the view. For such a rundown apartment complex, V has a pretty sweet view of the city, looking out at the Corpo Plaza that Johnny Silverhand may have used a nuclear bomb on all those years ago, so it’s probably not a nice reminder for him to see.
10City Center
The city center is probably one of the most concentrated spots in Night City, where it feels like it’s in a world of its own. Since Night City is split up into distinct regions, this area mixes it all together. While it does feel like every other part of the inner Night City, what separates City Centre from the rest is its architecture. The sharp, but massive megabuildings, that seem to go on forever really help the scope of the city to hit home with players. On top of that, City Center has a lot of distinct areas within it as well. The bars make up one side, as do the office blocks, which showcase how massive and self-contained this area is.
Also, City Center is probably the most straight-cut part of the city, meaning the roads, and sidewalks are all in straight lines, which highlights how symmetrical the game is. Plus,Cyberpunk 2077makes things harderfor players who don’t do any of the side quests, City Center is a somewhat high-level area. Even though players will want to go there because of how dense it is, they should do several quests to safely navigate this region.
9Corpo Plaza
Located within City Center, Corpo Plaza shows off the business side of Night City. Even though there are megabuildings located throughout the city, Corpo Plaza is where most of the big ones are, and the ones players can see from out in the Badlands. While this area is a staple for any futuristic world set in a dystopian future, Corpo Plaza still has things that make it stand out from the rest. By taking the best elements of the other regions and putting them all in one spot, players can get a snapshot of what Night City is like.
SinceCyberpunk 2077has a photo modethat stands out from its peers and gives players tons of freedom and choices with how they take pictures. Corpo Plaza highlights that, since the photo mode gives complete control to players, they can be just as creative with their shots because Copro Plaza is a diverse place. The eeriness of these buildings, plus the overwhelming feeling of the population in one spot, showcases how big the world is for players, which helps players understand how massive this world is.
8Springboard
Springboard is probably one of the most unique areas inCyberpunk 2077since a lot of the Badlands don’t stand out much because it’s all flat land with a few rolling hills scattered throughout, so when players find something in the outer regions, it’s a bigger deal. The reason why this is such a beautiful location is that as mentioned before: it stands out from a lot of the other regions. While City Center shows how massive Night City is, Springboard shows how vast the world ofCyberpunk 2077can be.
When players reach this point, they’ll see how wide open the area is, and, at night, it’s even better. Because they can see the lights coming out of Night City from a really far-off distance, players can start to get a feel for how big everything actually is. Plus, it also shows how diverseCyberpunk 2077can be, by giving players the concrete jungle in Night City and this open vast space in the Badlands, which provide different gameplay opportunities as well.
7The North Oak Sign
Much like the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, players can go and visit this iconic location in Night City. However, unlike the Hollywood sign, the players can climb it. What makes this a go-to destination for players is that it shows off the beauty of the game from a height, and also lets players see the best parts of the city from a distance. It’s a great way of showing how the areas surrounding are very different, but, when they meet, they fluidly mix into one another.
Plus, if players head there whenever the sun starts to set, the city gives off a different feeling and also helps players get the energy of the city, unlike many other areas in the game. It’s probably the place that stands out most because players can see a lot of Night City from here, and it gives them a clear view of the important parts like the mega buildings in City Center.
