Shortlyafter reaching Act 4 inDiablo 4, players can unlock mounts to help ease travel across Sanctuary. Once players unlock this feature, they do so on all of their future characters, each of which can customize their personal mount with skins, barding, and trophies.
Now,Diablo 4is giving players some free mount cosmetics for the holiday season. From now through the day after Christmas, players can pick up the Dragoon’s PathMount Bundle from theDiablo 4in-game shop’sFree Gifts section. The collection includes the Barding of Cathedral’s Light mount armor, plus the Star of Light and Benediction of Light trophies. These customizations can be mixed and matched along with any other mount skins, armors, or trophies players have via the Stables in any major town.
This isn’t the only free armorDiablo 4players can get right now. Through January 18,Diablo 4players with a subscription to Amazon Primecan pick up the Death’s Burden mount bundle at no additional cost via Prime Gaming. Trials to Amazon Prime still qualify for Prime Gaming rewards, so fans using these grace periods for holiday shopping should be sure to claim the mount before their free subscription time runs out.
Some fans couldn’t help but notice the Dragoon’s Path bundle would look perfect on a Cathedral of Light-themed character. A new character class is coming inVessel of Hatred, thenewDiablo 4expansion planned for 2024, and many hoped the game would add the popular Paladin or Crusader classes from previous games. However,Diablo 4has confirmed the new expansion will introduce a class not previously seen in theDiablofranchise yet. Regardless of what this newDiablo 4class is, players will certainly be able to make the Dragoon’s Path mount cosmetics look good with it.
