Additionally, they need to nurture their friendship with Simba until it reaches Friendship Level 4, which is the key to unlocking the quest. The player can raise their Friendship by giving gifts, performing tasks with the villager as their companion, and by serving them meals at Chez Remy.
How to Complete “The Great Gathering” in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once the player has reached Friendship Level 4 with Simba, they can speak with him to start the quest “The Great Gathering.” Simba expresses his heartfelt desire to bring the residents of the valley together, and asks for the player’s assistance in bringing everything together to ensure it will be a fantastic celebration enjoyed by its attendees. The first set of tasks involves deciding on and preparing the menu for the event.
Seek Assistance from Remy
Simba starts off by expressing his desire for theperfect delectable dishesto share at the event and requires the assistance of the village’s own top chef, Remy. The player should make their way to Remy’s location, where he eagerly offers the perfect recipes to satisfy even a lion-sized appetite.
Prepare Aurora’s Cake and a Large Seafood Platter

After successfully inviting the guests, return to Simba, who will reward the player with the"No Worries" Banquetfurniture. To place this object,open the Furniture menuand locate Simba’s portrait. Select the banquet table and choose any suitable location within the Valley. Placing the table will commence Simba’s magnificent gathering. The guests will all gather around the banquet table and pose for joyous photographs.
The “No Worries” Banquet furniture item is not permanently unlocked and will disappear after the quest is completed.
Attend to Simba’s Forgotten Plans
As the banquet concludes, Simba realizes he had previously planned to spend time with Nala and scout for food to support the animals in the valley. Simba suggestsgrowing carrotsfor the rabbits, which the player agrees to do, and suggests also feeding some of the wild critters.
Feed the Critters and Grow Carrots
Embark on a mission to find and feedany five critterswithin the Valley. Additionally, grownine Carrotsfor the rabbits, though these should not be fed to critters. The player can purchase Carrot Seeds from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow. While it is not mandatory to feed each critter their favorite food, doing so will help foster stronger friendships and eventually unlock them as companion pets.

Once the player has successfully fed the critters and grown the carrots, they need to locate Nala and explain the situation to her.
