Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’sSuperDLC is finally almost here, with a release date set for tomorrow, April 28th. Along with other exciting updates likenew loading screen art for the DLC, the new content’s final launch trailer just went up on Bandai Namco’s Twitter account earlier today, and reveals some gameplay footage of both Goku and Vegeta doing battle with Beerus and Whis.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s DLC has been highly anticipated since the game’s launch back in January, and though information has been scarce leading up to the official reveal, fans know almost everything there is to know about it at this point, as the DLC will feature the Super Saiyan God form and battles with the godly duo.

This new trailer shows some more new information, such as thepremise of the DLC. It seems that Goku is surprised to be on Beerus' planet, and that Whis has lured he and Vegeta there in order to cultivate them as entertainment for Beerus.

The Whis gameplay footage shown expresses how powerful Whis is, with some commenting that it even looks like the Angel is usingUltra Instinct. Beyond his incredible ability to avoid the player’s attack, he also shows off some massive area of effect attacks that seem quite difficult to dodge. This behavior is in contrast to Whis' typical training in theDragon Ball Superanime, in which he simply bests Vegeta and Goku with martial prowess alone. Still, it should make for a fun and challenging experience nonetheless.

Reports state that theBeerus boss fight is incredibly tough, and this trailer seems to corroborate that. It also confirms that the player will be able to fight Beerus any time, with the God stating “If you really do want to fight me, feel free to stop by,” but quickly following up by saying the player wouldn’t be much of a challenge and recommending they train with Whis first. Hopefully unlocking Super Saiyan God will put players on par with the God of Destruction, but even then it is likely to be an uphill battle.

With theDLC releasing tomorrow, eager fans don’t have long to wait to sink their teeth into the new content. It is worth noting that, although the penultimate shot of the trailer says that the DLC is available now, it cannot be downloaded or accessed until tomorrow. Also, the only way to play the DLC is through either the season pass or a bundle which will contain the first two DLCs.
