The contest is pretty straightforward, brands are required to respond to the contest Tweet with the amount of money that would be donated to a charity that Mediatonic has chosen. The highest bidding amount wins the content and after some legal work and an official donation, gets the costume put into the game. Mediatonic has stated the company reserves the right to refuse a donation of a brand it deems offensive.

The charity chosen, Special Effect, is a UK-based charity focusing on helping those with physical disabilities play video games. Special Effect works with developers creating game control devices for those in need. In addition, the charity helps developers make games created more accessible. In a similar manner, AbleGamers, an American non-profit organization, hasteamed up withDeadpoolstar Ryan Reynoldsto help spread the word on the need for accessibility in video games to account gamers with special needs.
