A newGenshin Impactleak has revealed more information about one of the upcoming characters named Kirara. The game has been adding new characters with every new version of the game. The ongoing update 3.5 has added the five-star Pyro user Dehya and the four-star Cryo character Mika.
The recent Special Program event has revealed that the upcomingGenshin Impactupdate 3.6 will add two new Dendro users, Alhaitham and Kaveh. Even though developer HoYoverse is yet to introduce them to the live servers, the game’s official social media accounts have already confirmed the addition of another character for 3.7.

According to Kirara’s character bio, she works for a popular delivery company in Inazuma named Komaniya Express. The design of thisnewGenshin Impactcharacteris apparently based on a mythical creature in Japanese folklore named Youkai who are recognizable for having multiple tails. A new post on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit has revealed more information about Kirara and her kit. Her Elemental Burst will allow Kirara to spawn a small cat that follows the active character around and deals coordinated Dendro damage. This skill will also have a hold variation that equips the cat with a shield which may hint that the pet can be damaged in combat.
Kirara’s Elemental Burst allows her to create a box with a giant cat inside that opens its mouth and launches small explosive boxes. These boxes will deal Dendro damage they will be redirected to the player if there are no enemies nearby. However, instead of dealing damage, the boxes will provide a heal. According to these leaks, Kirara will be anewGenshin Impactsupportwith decent Dendro application. Fans seem to love the fact that Kirara’s play style seems to revolve around delivering boxes which suits her job description.
When it comes to her rarity, Kirara is rumored to be a four-star character which means thatGenshin Impactupdate 3.7will probably feature four banner re-runs. According to recent leaks, update 3.7 will include Yae Miko, Alhaitham, Kazuha, and Yoimiya, on their Limited Character Banner.
While all these characters are considered S-tier picks for their respective roles, fans seem most excited about the return of theAnemo support Kaedehara Kazuha. His two previous banner appearances have both been placed a couple of weeks before a new major update which is one of the main reasons why players decided to skip pulling for him.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
