WhileGod of War Ragnarokdidn’t manage to win the title of 2022’s best game at The Game Awards, it has won PlayStation Blog’s Game of the Year award. ThePlayStation Blog hosts its own set of awardsevery year that lets users vote on their favorite games. Similar to most end-of-the-year awards, games can win in different categories like graphics, music, and story.

The PlayStation Blog doesn’t recognize just one game in each area and instead gives out platinum, gold, silver, and bronze trophies for the various categories. This is based on the four types oftrophies users can earn while playing on a PlayStation console, with the platinum trophy reserved for unlocking all the other trophies of a game. The PlayStation Blog has now revealed the full list of winners for 2022’s award season.
