7Newt Scamander

As a professional magizoologist and author of textbooks such asFantastic Beats and Where To Find Them, Newt Scamander would have been more than qualified to teach at Hogwarts. It is easy to imagine his passion for magical creatures rubbing off on the students, and his natural charm would have made him well-liked.

However, while Newt Scamander would have doubtless made a great Care of Magical Creatures professor, it is hard to imagine him tying himself down to just one place for most of the year, as lovely as the Scottish Highlands are.
