House Slytherin is arguably the second-most well-known house inHarry Potter, sporting the colors green and silver. The traits of those sorted into house Slytherin are usually that of ambition, resourcefulness, determination, and cleverness.
As well as possessing these characteristics,Slytherin members are known to be villainous, with the likes of Draco Malfoy and Lord Voldemort himself being high-profile members of the house. A Slytherin allegiance could also see significant gameplay changes within thecompanion mechanics ofHogwarts Legacy. The more sinister nature of Slytherin could see the player become associated with more vindictive and ruthless NPCs within the house, who could resultantly offer lucrative but more morally skewed quests and interactions. This could carry over to potential companions outside of the house itself, with the player able to double-cross certain companions for personal gain, much in line with the high levels of ambition and low levels of compassion that are indicative of Slytherin members.
These intricate changes toHogwarts Legacydepending on house choice will not only provide a more immersive experience, but will offer untold benefits to the title’s replayability and depth.
