Cat lovers will surely be thrilled to rescue Kneazles inHogwarts Legacyas the creatures greatly resemble a big cat with a fluffy tail. According to the game description, Kneazles are cat-like Beasts that possess giant ears and plumed tails. The Beast is highly intelligent and can see through a Witch or Wizard’s personality.
Unlikeother Beasts inHogwarts Legacylike Puffskein and Mooncalf, Kneazles can only be found in a couple of areas that are accessed mid to late-game. As the cat-like creatures are rather skittish, using a few tricks is a must to catch a Kneazle safely.

Where To Find Kneazles In Hogwarts Legacy
Kneazles can be spotted in five different locations while exploring the vast world ofHogwarts Legacy. The locations are not difficult to pinpoint as any Beast Den is marked by a paw print icon on the map. However, these icons won’t appear unless players explore the area.
The Brocburrow
Head to the Brocburrow Floo Flame northeast of Hogwarts Valley. Keep walking south from the Floo Flame to reach the Kneazle Den.
Northern South Sea Bog
Fast travel to the Northern South Sea Bog Floo Flame and head south past the enemies. Climb a small slope to find the Kneazles on a wooden platform.
The Marunweem
From The Marunweem Floo Flame in the Marunweem Lake Region, head southwest until players arrive at a shore. The Kneazles will be lazing around near the beach.
Cragcroft
Travel to the Cragcroftshire Region and teleport to the Cragcroft Floo Flame.Summon the Broom inHogwarts Legacyand fly northwest until players are outside the village. After that, turn north to the valley between two mountains to find the Kneazle Den.
Clagmar Coast
From the Clagmar Coast Floo Flame within the western side of the Clagmar Coast Region, Summon a Broom or call aflying mount inHogwarts Legacyand fly southwest. Descend the mountain to find the Kneazle Den beside one of Imelda’s Flying challenges.
How To Catch Kneazles In Hogwarts Legacy
Upon arriving at any of the Kneazles Dens, players would need to equip a couple of spells to facilitate the process of rescuing the cat-like Beast:
Once these spells are acquired, use the Disillusionment spell to disappear and approach the Kneazle. Cast a freezing spell then use the Nab-Sack and complete the four capture meters to catch the Beast. Once the animal is well-fed and brushed, it’s possible to obtain Kneazle Fur from it, which helps players equip a Trait III on Legendary Gear inHogwarts Legacyusing the Enchanted Loom.
