Honkai: Star Railhas revealed a brand-new event coming to the game during the closing days of the Version 1.3 update, offering double rewards from Calyxes. The most recent update to HoYoverse’s massively popular sci-fi RPG has already featured a wide array of events for players to participate and earn rewards. Version 1.3’s main event, “Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle,” threw players into a new management-style mini-game while the “Swarm Disaster” offered a plethora ofupdates for the Simulated Universe. Now, the RPG is offering bonus rewards for the patch’s final week.
Double reward events have been a staple ofHonkai: Star Railsince the beginning, offering players more bang for their buck when farming in-game resources. Events like “Planar Fissure” and “Realm of the Strange” offer increased drop rates for valuable in-game items like Planar Ornaments and Relics, helping players to more efficiently farm for their characters. These events often also come during downtime during updates when the major events planned for that version have already finished. Now, HoYoverse is closing out the Version 1.3 update with more bonus rewards.

Honkai: Star Railhas officially announced the “Garden of Plenty” event set to run during the conclusion of Version 1.3. The event will allow players to claim double rewards from farming boththe Golden and Crimson Calyx challengesfor a limited time, granting bonuses for useful resources like Credits, Experience materials, and Trace resources. Much like past versions of the event, there will be a limit to number of times players can claim the bonus rewards per day. The event is set to start on October 2nd and will run for one week ending on October 9th, preceding Version 1.4’s launch on October 11th.
The newest bonus rewards event forHonkai: Star Railcomes as the developer recently gave players free rewards that could prove helpful with resource farming. Alongside the airing of the Version 1.4 Special Program,HoYoverse distributed a special rewardto players including 10 free in-game Fuel. The resource can be redeemed for extra stamina with 10 Fuel adding up to a significant 600 Trailblaze Power for players to use when farming Calyxes and other in-game challenges.
Star Rail’s newest bonus rewards look to be a boon for players pre-farming for the game’s newest characters. HoYoverse officially revealed three new characters will be joiningHonkai: Star Rail’s roster in Version 1.4 including the highly-anticipated Jingliu in the update’s first half. The second half of the update will also feature five-star character Topaz alongside the game’s newest four-star unit in Guinaifen. With three new characters and even afree four-star character coming in Version 1.4,Honkai: Star Rail’s newest event looks to provide plenty of help with players' Version 1.4 preparation.
