Unleash new powers when playing as a Titan thanks toWishful Ignorance, a pair of Exotic Gauntlets that were introduced inDestiny 2’s latest expansion, The Final Shape. There’s much enjoyment to receiving a new Exotic, especially when they look as menacing asWishful Ignorance, which has the potential to be one of the best Titan Exotics inDestiny 2.
Whilst one should never judge a book by its cover, there’s no harm in seeingWishful Ignoranceas a powerhouse, as that’s exactly what they are when fitted into the right hands. With the right build,Wishful Ignorancecan provide a frenzy for the melee lovers out there, and here’s just how to get it.
How To GetWishful Ignorance
Wishful Ignorancefollows the same path as other Exotic Armors in The Final Shape, and players can only acquire it through Master Rahool. When heading to the Tower’s social space, Guardians might notice that Master Rahool now has a reputation rank. Players will need to prestige this rank in order to unlock Tier 3 Focusing, which will allow them to spend Exotic Ciphers and Ascendant Shards on The Final Shapecollection of Exoticsthat they have yet to discover.
It’s not the easiest process in the world, as reaching the maximum reputation rank for Master Rahool will take around 6,000 XP, which is around 40 Exotic engrams, or 12 Focused Engrams. Most Exotics can be acquired through random chance or by completing Lost Sectors, but Wishful Ignroance is an exclusive Exotic to Master Rahool.
Wishful IgnoranceStats
When acquiringWishful Ignorance, players will receive a random set of stat rolls for Mobility, Resilience, Recovery, Discipline, Intellect, and Strength, but this can be further influenced depending on what perks players add to their Ghost Shells. The most important aspect ofWishful Ignoranceisn’t in the stats or the appearance but in the Exotic armor perk.
Wishful Ignoranceis a Titan-exclusive Exotic that only sees usefulness for those using the Strand subclass.Wishful Ignoranceworks great with Strand, and its melee potential might not be as strong asWormgod Caressat full x5 power, but it’s still much easier to use thanks to its collaboration withFlechette StormandBanner of War, 2 very important Strand Aspects. The buff to Strand melee abilities, and the faster melee energy return, will make a collaboration with alliesall the easier.
