While it feels like a fun and light-hearted game at first,Palworldcomes with its own set of challenges. Similar to othersurvival-crafting RPGs, players need to craft basic tools, gather materials, build bases, and manage their hunger levels. In addition to this, players have to run around andcapture adorable creatures called Pals.

When they’re out exploringPalworld’s big open world and chasing Pals, players will end up using all of their stamina. Naturally, it’s frustrating to find yourself out of energy andunable to attack, sprint, or climb mountains. Instead of standing in one place and waiting for the stamina bar to replenish, however, players can use this guide to learnhow to increase and maintain staminainPalworld.

How To Increase Stamina

Being low on stamina is the last thing players want when they’re trying to capture a Pal. Thankfully, it’s possible to increaseStamina by upgrading stats. Every time they level up, players will getone new Stat Pointto use and will receive a message at the bottom of the screen that states “You have unused Stat Points.”

To use these points, players have to access the menu by pressing theTabkey on the keyboard. Next, navigate to theInventoryscreen and find the Stat Points list on the right side. Players can upgrade the following attributes:

Hitting the+ iconnext to Stamina increases the player’s total amount of stamina. This will expand how longPalworldplayers can swing their weapons and tools for and increase the length of time they can jump, climb, dodge, and sprint.

Players should confidently choose the stat they want to upgrade, as they will not be able to change where they’ve spent the Stat Points after they hit confirm.

How To Maintain Stamina

Apart from increasing stamina inPalworld, players need to learn how to maintain it. One crucial mechanic that affects stamina is the player’sweight. If theirinventory weight exceeds its limits, players will become over-encumbered.

Once this happens, Stamina becomes nonexistent, and it becomes impossible to jump or climb. Players will only be able to move around slowly. If they are 50 points past their weight limit, the effect on Stamina worsens, and players will not be able to move at all.

To avoid this and maintain Stamina, players should leave their extra items in storage chests to free up inventory space. If they’re far away from their base camp, players can simply drop the items to lose weight. Alternatively, they can boost their Weight stat, which adds 50 points to their weight limit.
