Johnny Cage is one ofthe coolest Kombatants in theMortal Kombatfranchise, having appeared in pretty much every mainline installment since his debut in the very first one. InMortal Kombat 1, he plays an important role in the main story, teaming up with three other Earthrealmers for the tournament in Outworld. Players won’t be able to use any of his finishers there, but they will get a chance to do so in some of the other game modes.

Johnny Cage’sMortal Kombat 1Fatalities are pretty unique when compared to most of the others, as they focus more on using props than they do displays of brute force or weapon-related gore. Those who want to learn how to perform them may need a little practice, as the positioning required to trigger Johnny Cage’sMK1Fatalities can be a little, particularly the second one. The following videos should help in that regard, as too should the accompanying button prompts.

The first Johnny Cage Fatality inMortal Kombat 1is called Hollywood Walk of Pain and can be triggered by pressing forward, back, down, back punch while standing at close range. It begins with Johnny walking the other kombatant forward a few paces as helivestreams to his followers. He then stops and slams their face down into a Walk of Fame-style plaque with their name on it before taking a moment to snap a selfie with his now faceless foe.
The Second Johnny Cage Fatality inMortal Kombat 1is just as elaborate as the first and can be pulled off by pressing forward, down, back, back kick while at medium range. This one’s a little different thanother mid-range Fatalities inMortal Kombat 1on account of players needing to stand a bit further back than they usually would. If done correctly, they’ll see Johnny kick his opponent through the windshield of a sports car before opening the door so that they fall out. After that, he slices them in half by slamming the door shut and has the car drive off by itself. It then crashes, resulting in a huge explosion.
Mortal Kombat 1is available now on PC, PS5, Switch, and Xbox Series X|S.
