Survival enthusiasts can now look forward toThe Front, a new title taking place in a post-apocalyptic sandbox landscape filled with zombie-like mutants. In this game, a tyrannical empire used advanced technology to monitor humans and change mankind forever. Players are members of humanity’s resistance and have to use time-travel technology to prevent the empire from changing the course of history.

Samar Studio published the first trailer forThe Frontto showcase everything this newopen-world survival shooter gamehas to offer. The action-packed video unveiled some of the weapons players will be able to use in their fights against the mutated creatures and imperial forces, from assault rifles to baseball bats.The Frontfeatures over 400 tech formulas to learn and 20 different kinds of defenses and traps so players can build their base and protect themselves from any outside threat, with elements such as catapults, meat grinders, poison gas, and shocking electrical devices.
When they are not fighting or crafting,The Frontplayers can explore the 36 square kilometers of open world, from mountaintops and lush forest to snowy devastated landscapes. The game features a large array of land, air, and sea vehicles that can be upgraded with additional armor and weapons.The Frontalso comes with arealistic day and night cycleand ten different types of weather, including fog, thunderstorms, and blizzards. Last but not least, survival enthusiasts will have to juggle between ten distinct survival indices including hunger, thirst, hypothermia, and infection.
