How to Craft the First Umbrella in Nightingale
Such an important tool should be high on the priorities, and players can indeed gain access to the umbrella quite early on in the game. Once the task of locating the nearestEssence Traderis given, players should make their way over as quickly as they can.
Talking to the trader will display a list of blueprints and recipes that can be purchased using Essence Dust, and theSimple Umbrella recipegoes for only30 Essence Dust. Purchasing it will then make it possible for players to craft one, as long as they have the required ingredients:one Wood Bundle,one Stone Block, andone piece of Hide.
With all of that in hand, go to the Simple Workbench tocraft the wooden Simple Umbrella, which possesses 1.0% movement speed, 5.0% stamina efficiency, and a stamina regeneration of one per second.
Using the Umbrella in Nightingale
To utilize the umbrella on your travels, make sure it is equipped in your offhand. Now, you can use it as aportable shelterbyholding down F/Space. Should you be jumping off a dangerous height, do the same and it will allow you toglide for as long as you have enough stamina.
