Haki is a power that dwells with all the people in theOne Pieceworld but only a handful of people can tap into it. Haki is a very nuanced power with countless applications but on a surface level, it allows users to increase their observation skills, strengthens their offense as well as defensive powers, and even make contact with Logia users.

While most of the big names in the story possess Haki, there are quite a lot of strongOne Piececharacters who don’t. Despite that, however, they have proved themselves to be incredibly powerful and capable fighters.

Focused on heavily in the second half of the story, Haki has become essential for nearly any character in the story to be a top-tier fighter. However, notevery strong character needs Hakiup their sleeve to be reasonably good in battle. This list already goes over numerous One Piece characters who are powerful even without the usage of Haki. However, there are certainly moresuch characters in One Pieceand so, with that in mind, this list has been updated to include a few more of them.
14Niji
A member of the Vinsmoke Family, Niji is an extremely powerful assassin known to possess strength great enough to match some powerful officers of a Yonko crew. Niji was an experiment worked upon by Judge, his father, and was granted superhuman abilities, such as an exoskeleton.
Even as a kid, Niji was powerful enough to beat adults up easily, which just goes to show how monstrous his strength truly is. With the Raid Suit on, his physical prowess increases even more and he’s often likened to a killing machine, much like the other Vinsmoke siblings.
13Vinsmoke Judge
Judge is the leader of the Germa Kingdom and an accomplished scientist. At some point in his career, he discovered the blueprint of life itself, called the lineage factor, and used it to genetically modify his children. Just like his children, Judge also makes use of the Raid Suits in combat, and using this technology, he becomes extremely powerful.

In the Whole Cake Island arc, he fought Charlotte Snack, a Commander worth 600 million berries, and managed to stalemate him despite already being very injured. Without a doubt, Judge is a capable fighter despite not having any Haki.
12Magellan
The former Warden of Impel Down, Magellan is an extremely powerful character and certainly one of the most powerful Devil Fruit users in the entirety ofOne Piece. He possesses the power of the Paramecia type Doku Doku no Mi, which allows him to produce and manipulate all sorts of poisons in combat.
By coating himself in poisons, Magellan becomes extremely difficult to take on in combat. It goes without saying that he’s plenty powerful, given that he’s managed to control all of Impel Down for years. Magellan may not be a Haki user, but he is still extremely powerful.
11Nami
Nami is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates and is often considered to be a part of the coward trio of the group. While she did rank among the weakest members of the crew until recently, her latest power-up with Zeus makes her extremely dangerous to most fighters.
Nami doesn’t have any Haki, however, along with her partner Zeus, she was strong enough to take on a member of the Tobiroppo, Ulti, without much trouble. Surprisingly, Ulti could use two Haki types with great efficiency but lost to Nami and Zeus anyway.
10Franky
“Cyborg” Franky is the shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates and quite a powerful fighter.During his clash against Sasaki of the Beasts Pirates,Franky showed his true skill for the first time.
When using the Franky General, he was strong enough to match up to the Ancient Zoan powers of Sasaki, who was also a user of both Armament and Observation Haki. Although Franky possesses no Haki, his scientific technology is great enough to take on strong opponents in battle.
9Carrot
Carrot is a rabbit Mink who has traveled with the Straw Hat Pirates for quite a while now. As a Mink, she’s a natural-born fighter and is extremely agile in combat. Carrot utilizes the power of Electro extremely efficiently, as seen during the Whole Cake Island arc.
Using her Sulong form, she was strong enough to fight Daifuku and destroy his entire fleet all alone. During the Wano Country arc, Carrot was able to fight Perospero with Wanda and severely injure him until the moon was clouded and she lost her Sulong.
8Capone ‘Gang’ Bege
A member of the Worst Generation, Capone Bege is extremely powerful with a bounty of 350 million berries on his head. During the Whole Cake Island arc, he engaged in combat against the likes of Charlotte Oven and fared pretty well.
His strongest form, known as Big Father, was able to take several powerful hits from Big Mom, a Yonko of the Sea. Despite not having Haki, Bege is very a very powerful fighter and an even better strategist.
7Nico Robin
Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the crew’s strongest fighters. WhileRobin should’ve been an Observation or Armament Haki user, given that she spent quite a lot of time around those who wield it during the timeskip, she doesn’t equip this skill.

Nonetheless, Robin is extremely powerful, as seen during her fight against Black Maria. Using the full potential of the Hana Hana no Mi, Robin was able to overpower the Tobiroppo member who had an Ancient Zoan-type ability and was a user of two Haki types.
6Jewelry Bonney
Another member of the Worst Generation, Jewelry Bonney is a pirate from the South Blue. Before the timeskip, she had a bounty of 150 million berries on her head which is likely to have increased since.
Bonney doesn’t seem to possess any Haki so far, however, with a Devil Fruit power like hers, she has little need for it unless she’s fighting the elites of theOne Pieceworld.A single touch from her Devil Fruit power can age anyone upor turn them into toddlers. Undoubtedly, her ability is extremely dangerous.
5Reiju
Reiju is one of the Vinsmoke children who are feared across the world as warmongers. Due to the scientific enhancements that Judge made to her, she has gained the power of a strong exoskeleton that can’t even be penetrated by bullets.

Reiju also has the ability to absorb and use all kinds of poison in combat. A single touch from her is deadly enough to kill anyone she’s facing. Her brief fight against Smoothie saw her poison the Sweet Commander and had it not been for her Shibo Shibo no Mi powers, she would’ve been in real trouble.
