Gamers on PlayStation and Xbox will be able to download theOne Piece Odysseydemo on January 10, but PC fans will seemingly be left in the dust until the full launch of the game.

The Bandai Namco announcement specifies that completing the demo will be what causes the saved data to transfer which may leave some fans that don’t finish it to start over. Bandai Namco US also teased a bonus forOne Piece Odysseydemo players that could make playing the game ahead of launch more lucrative as it confirmed that players will obtain items that can be used in the full version, suggesting that they won’t be used in the sneak peek. Similar toOne Piece World Seeker,One Piece Odysseyincludes wide open areas, cities, and challenging locations dotted throughout the map, but it will take an RPG approach rather than action-adventure.

Although Bandai Namco confirmed other things in the game alongside the demo announcement likeOne Piece Odysseycharacters, lore elements, and the location of Dressrosa, the developer hasn’t confirmed how big the demo will be. BecauseOne Piece World Seekertakes tons of hours to explore every inch and thatOdysseyis expected to have a vaster RPG experience, many fans of the anime are anticipating the full release will be an impressive offering.

One Piece Odysseywill be available July 16, 2025 for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
