Reddit user Arthur_V_Morgan_1899 recently posted several photos from guns inRed Dead Redemption 2that included interesting details. Each gun featured the name of the manufacturer engraved on it such as Volcanic, Peeters & Janssens, and Buck Cattleman. Arthur_V_Morgan_1899 also immediately noted that these engravings disappear whenRed Dead Redemption 2players customize their guns.

OneRed Dead Redemption 2player suggested that Peters & Janssens may be a reference to thereal-life guns from Smith & Wesson. They also noted that this is a fitting choice considering Rockstar Games' version of New York City is called Liberty City.
