First announced by merchandise company Sanshee and re-posted by game creator Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone,Stardew Valleyis getting a new line of official Junimo pillow plushes. Sanshee, makers of officially licensed video game and anime merchandise, has previously teamed up with ConcernedApe to make a variety of licensed collectibles and items forStardew Valleyfans. As found on theofficial SansheeStardew Valleymerchandisesite, the company has pillow plushes of the iconic chickens from the game, along with smaller plushes of NPCs Abigail and Sebastian. The new extra soft Junimo pillow plushes will be available in green, pink, yellow, and blue and are currently scheduled to begin shipping in Spring 2024. They are described as collector’s items intended for ages 14+ and measure 10 inches tall by 10 inches wide. Pre-orders for the new Junimo pillow plush line are open now.
Stardew Valleyfans have already begun celebrating on social media, with many sharing their plans to purchase the adorable pillow plushes. One fan in particular noted that they were wary at first, as some companies make unofficial merchandise from various franchises, but seeing that ConcernedApe had shared the post, the commenter knew that the items were officially licensed and thus a must-buy. While the new Junimo pillow plushes are only in the pre-order phase, fans are likely to get their orders in quickly.
