6New Atlantis

One of the first major cities that players will visit inStarfieldis New Atlantis. It’s tied directly with the prologue quest, so it’s hard to miss, and even harder to forget. This major city is the capital of the United Colonies, a true flagship location for humanity after Earth became uninhabitable. On New Atlantis, players can findall sorts of wonderful locations.

New Atlantis is important for several reasons. Not only does it hold plenty of exciting side quests and the UC Vanguard faction, but it is also home to the Lodge, which the player will call home, along with the unique companions inStarfield. 3The Key

The Key is the central HUB for the Crimson Fleet. Players probably shouldn’t venture here unless they have started their work for the UC SysDef as a double agent that hasaccess to the Key and the Crimson Fleet resources, otherwise, this hostile place will certainly tear into the player’s ship until they are dead or have Grav Jumped away.

Starfield Neon Bayu Plaza

The Key is an important location due to it being the base of the Crimson Fleet and the only way that players can interact with them without bloodshed. The Key holds many vendors, with some of them capable of black market tricks that others are not. Players can also find some unique weapons and gear, along with the ability to sell contraband, making the Key an important and must-have location.

2Paradiso

Although Paradiso isn’t the most important location in the game, it’s definitely worth noting due to the fact that it’s an island resort where players can kick back and get away from the chaos of the Crimson Fleet or the mystery surrounding the Artifacts. Paradiso is a wondrous resort, filled with wealth and people just trying to enjoy a vacation away from the hostilities of other planets and business dealings.

Paradiso is simply a nice planet to visit, and a definitive break from the action. Unless players explore the other side of Paradiso. If players have embarked on Paradiso for the first time, they will alsofind a mysterious ship orbiting the planet, beginning a rather fun quest.

1Cydonia

For the players out there that miss the 21st century, they can head back to the Sol system and take a trip to Earth’s neighbor, Mars, to find some civilization. On Mars, players can visit Cydonia, which is neither the happiest nor gravity-friendly location, but it definitely holds some fun. It’s interesting to visit Mars in the 24th century and to see the community that has colonized it and made it home. Players can find a few quests here, as well as the Face of Mars, which is held in Cydonia like a statue to marvel at.

Cydonia is practically the only city left in the Sol system, asEarth has been ravished by time, leaving nothing left of civilization but a few ruins. Players will find themselves on Mars a few times throughoutStarfield, and it’s a great location to visit if players want some mining resources.
