When it comes to big budget action-adventure games, few franchises can stand toe to toe withGod of Warin terms of polish and scale. Combine this with the ability to hold a lightsaber single-handed,dual wielded or double-sided inSurvivor,and it creates an abundance of ways for gamers to enjoy the Jedi power fantasy any way that they choose. It’s a small touch that Respawn didn’t even need to incorporate into the experience, but it’s a welcome addition that goes into making each individual player’s experience that much more special.Star Warsis such a vast universe to enjoy and fans have surely picked out their favorite content right down to how lightsabers look. Adding Customization Options to the Next God of War

TheGod of Warfranchise has built itself on its fast-paced, hard hitting combat since its inception.Kratos' iconic Blades of Chaosare arguably among the most fun weapons to use in video games. Not content to rest on crafting one incredibly satisfying video game weapon, Santa Monica Studio added the Leviathan Axe into the mix with the 2018 soft-reboot of the franchise simply titledGod of War.

With the actual combat mechanics already refined and satisfying, all Santa Monica would really need to do for afutureGod of Wargameis adding more customization options to allow players the chance to make this gear their own. This can range from simple color palettes for weapons to being able to swap out different hilts or being able to choose the hilt and grip like inStar Wars: Jedi Survivor. It’s purely a cosmetic addition for visual flair, but helps elevate any gaming experience by allowing players to shape the adventure however they see fit.
