Players score points for eliminating other teams, as well as surviving to be one of the last 20 teams remaining. After the fifth match, top-scoring teams can claim the $50,000 grand prize by placing first – but if no one does so before game eight, the winner of this final game sweeps the tournament, no matter how many points they have.
